These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and nogh88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the nogh88 website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, and all associated services (collectively, "the Services").

• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or financing of illegal activity.
• A request from a law enforcement agency, regulatory body, or court of competent jurisdiction.
• Account inactivity — accounts that have had no login or financial activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as inactive. nogh88 will notify the account holder by email prior to applying any dormancy fee or administrative closure to an inactive account.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your nogh88 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method. nogh88 aims to complete voluntary account closures within 5 business days of a confirmed written request.
